This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning experiences that strengthen workforce capability and drive measurable business outcomes. You will contribute to a modern, decentralized learning environment where training is both scalable and tailored to diverse audiences. The position blends instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple functions and geographies. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex operational knowledge into engaging learning programs. A strong emphasis is placed on improving content quality, standardizing training practices, and ensuring consistency across learning delivery. This is a highly collaborative and mission-driven role suited for someone passionate about adult learning and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality training programs that support workforce performance and organizational goals, while ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and business priorities. You will collaborate across teams to gather expertise, refine content, and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Design and develop instructor-led training and eLearning content using authoring tools and LMS platforms, applying adult learning methodologies
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions for in-person and remote audiences across multiple teams and functions
- Partner with subject matter experts to collect, validate, and structure training content aligned with operational needs
- Review, audit, and continuously update learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize training content to reduce redundancy and improve scalability
- Support compliance with applicable regulations and organizational training requirements
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings experience in instructional design, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced or distributed environments. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a learner-centered mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing training programs in a production or corporate environment, including eLearning development
- 2+ years of experience working across distributed, cross-functional teams in collaborative settings
- Experience facilitating training sessions or presenting to diverse audiences in virtual and in-person formats
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in regulated or structured environments is a plus
- Instructional design certification, PMP, or Six Sigma certification is considered an advantage
