  • Coordinate and supervise interdisciplinary teams, including engineering, technical, construction, and administrative personnel.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, including RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract compliance oversight.
  • Serve as primary client liaison, conducting project review sessions and ensuring alignment on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations across all project activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical/business field.
  • 15+ years of experience managing large-scale engineering or construction programs.
  • Strong background in project management within complex, multi-site infrastructure environments.
  • Experience developing work plans, cost estimates, schedules, and full project lifecycle reporting.
  • Familiarity with FAA projects or other federal government infrastructure programs is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, cross-functional teams, and client relationships effectively.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering processes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range ($134,100 – $241,400 annually).
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work schedules.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company support.
  • Life insurance and wellbeing-focused employee benefits.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact federal aviation modernization programs.
  • Long-term career growth within large-scale infrastructure and federal projects.
