  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), NEC guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and issues resolved.
  • Support other team members as needed in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical/trade school certification in Industrial Electricity, Electrical Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical work, ideally on equipment such as pumps, motors, VFDs, and control systems. Strong vocational program graduates with relevant internships or apprenticeships are encouraged to apply.
  • Solid knowledge of low voltage, 110V, 240V, and 480V systems, three-phase power, motor starters, control circuits, VFD programming/troubleshooting, and industrial wiring practices.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to use standard electrical testing tools (multimeters, meggers, clamp meters, etc.).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn our specific equipment fleet.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (by plane) occasionally for jobsite work (after training).
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
