Job Description

That's where you come in. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist who is compassionate, reliable, mission-driven, and able to empathize with potential clients to generate referrals within the market. In this position, you will work independently to increase our client base and connect qualified individuals to Right at Home’s in-home healthcare services.
Qualifications:
An associate degree or above required
2+ years experience in healthcare sales and/or Consumer Sales. A background in Home Health, Hospice, SNF (Skilled Nursing), ALF (Assisted/Independent Living Facility), and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) would be a plus. DOE experience a plus
B2C sales experience required.
Experience in creating, organizing, and managing community events
Work location with options from home local travel is required
Ideal Candidate will:
Generate client referrals through referral resources typical in sector that result in clients staffing of services.
Create and maintain relationships through regular visits with potential clients and professional accounts.
Follow up on referrals and clients.
Cold call, set up in-person encounters with potential clients, develop presentations and manage client inquiries.
Assist potential clients with navigating through the DOL qualification process via EEOICPA and facilitation through the Resources and Advocates.
Participate and manage events in local markets.
Develop contact lists and company database tools to proactively contact potential clients and initiate possible client referrals.
Acting independently and collaboratively, answering client community inquiries regarding Company’s in-home nursing services available, as well as conducting outreach to senior groups and retirees.
Possess previous DOL / EEOICPA experience or background.
