Glass Technician in Davenport, Iowa at Kryger Glass

Kryger Glass currently has an open position for an Auto Glass Technician within our Quad Cities market.

This is a full time hourly position that will include a benefits package and vacation. Hours would be M-F, 8 am – 5 pm. Position reports to Davenport service center.

Pay is variable and depends on experience. If you have experience in the auto industry, but not in glass, we are willing to train.

Kryger Glass is an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations in five states. We are large enough to provide great employee benefits and small enough to know your name!

Essential duties & responsibilities include:

• Auto glass repair and replacement; in-shop and mobile
• Mechanical vehicle repairs relating to auto glass
• Provide Customer Service and support to other glass technicians
• Provide support to warehouse staff

Qualifications include:

• Must hold and sustain a valid driver's license and be insurable by company standards
• Must be able to pass criminal background screening by company standards and applicable law
• Must have general knowledge of automotive mechanics
• Must regularly lift and/or move in an outreached position up to 80 pounds
