This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI architecture and strategic customer engagement, supporting complex enterprise transformation initiatives across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to design, position, and demonstrate AI-driven solutions that address real business challenges. The position requires strong consultative skills, as you will translate customer needs into scalable technical architectures and compelling solution narratives. You will play a key role in shaping proposals, guiding technical direction, and influencing decision-making at senior stakeholder levels. Operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, you will engage with cutting-edge technologies and evolving AI ecosystems. - Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven solutions that align with customer business outcomes, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term value across complex enterprise environments.
- Develop and present compelling technical proposals, solution designs, and demonstrations, clearly articulating business value and addressing customer requirements.
- Translate business challenges into functional and technical architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, influence solution direction, and validate technical feasibility and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competing approaches, identifying strengths, risks, and optimization opportunities for proposed AI solutions.
- Support pre-sales cycles by contributing to pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and deal progression through technical expertise and storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to integrate third-party technologies and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, technical consulting, or solution architecture, including at least 3+ years in AI architecture or AI solution design.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud environments, and AI/ML technologies, with experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver proofs of concept (POCs), solution demos, and technical workshops for enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of business and financial drivers, including ROI, TCO, and value-based solution selling.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM tools, partner ecosystems, and cross-functional sales engineering teams in complex deal cycles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Competitive annual salary range: USD 146,000 – 343,000 (based on location, experience, and performance).
