The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable automation solutions. You will actively participate in digital transformation projects across multiple industries, helping reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement RPA-based automation solutions for clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from development to deployment and stabilization.
  • Work with programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or similar to build and enhance automation components.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of automation scripts and workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within automation projects and delivery standards.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with RPA development.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., .NET, Python, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, etc.).
  • Advanced English proficiency for communication in global project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automation solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Excel, BI tools, or Machine Learning concepts is a differential.
