- Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement RPA-based automation solutions for clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as UiPath or Power Automate.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
- Support end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from development to deployment and stabilization.
- Work with programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or similar to build and enhance automation components.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of automation scripts and workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within automation projects and delivery standards.
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with RPA development.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., .NET, Python, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency for communication in global project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automation solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel, BI tools, or Machine Learning concepts is a differential.
