At Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA), we believe healing begins with how we serve — with love, respect, and commitment to our community. Our clinic is more than a healthcare organization; it is a place of wellness, connection, and belonging. We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team — someone who finds purpose in ensuring that every tool, supply, and piece of equipment helps us deliver exceptional care to our patients and families.

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a vital part in the flow of healing. From purchasing and inventory to distribution and vendor relations, your work supports the care our teams provide every day. You will help ensure that every clinic site is well-equipped and ready to meet the needs of our patients with reliability, timeliness, and respect.

What You’ll Do:

This Supply Chain Specialist role is hands-on, collaborative, and essential to the heartbeat of our organization. You’ll work closely with multiple departments and clinic locations, helping us maintain a smooth and responsive supply chain that reflects our values of service, integrity, and community care.

  • Support purchasing, receiving, and inventory management across all PTHA sites
  • Build positive relationships with clinic departments and vendors
  • Respond quickly to supply needs to ensure uninterrupted patient care
  • Track, distribute, and document materials and equipment accurately
  • Support sterile processing and materials transport as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Uphold safety, confidentiality, and respect in all aspects of work
  • Represent PTHA’s mission and values in every interaction

Why PTHA?

We are more than a clinic — we're a culturally grounded, patient-first health and wellness center serving the Indigenous community. We value teamwork, integrity, and community well-being. Here, your work has meaning.

  • Work in a mission-driven, accredited organization
  • Serve a close-knit patient population in an urban reservation setting
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional development and training
  • Experience a strong support system and inclusive team culture

Perks of the Role:

  • Meaningful Mission – Contribute to the financial wellness of a tribally operated health organization dedicated to serving the Indigenous community
  • Competitive Compensation – Receive a fair salary that reflects your expertise and the impact of your work
  • Supportive Team Culture – Join a collaborative and inclusive environment where respect and ethics are core values
  • Cultural Enrichment – Work in an organization that values and integrates Indigenous traditions, community care, and cultural sensitivity
  • Stability & Impact – Be part of a long-standing, accredited institution that plays a vital role in community health and development

PTHA Employee Benefits:

  • Supportive environment that values a healthy work/life balance
  • Medical/Dental/Vision monthly premiums paid 100% by PTHA for employees (health coverage begins the first of the month following hire date)
  • (13) annual leave (vacation) days + (13) annual sick leave days
  • (18+) annual paid holidays including a birthday holiday
  • 401(k) with annual profit-sharing contributions after (2) years of service
  • Life and AD&D insurance coverage
  • Have student loans? PTHA is an approved loan repayment site for various student loan programs

If you’re inspired to be part of a team that serves with heart and purpose — ensuring our caregivers have what they need to care for others — we invite you to apply.
