The GM oversees all core areas of the business, including the Parent Relationship Manager, Front Desk (Front of House), Canine Coach Trainer, Canine Coaches, and Rovers, and is also responsible for reviewing all Canary Metrics, using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
