About the Role:

The Millwright Assembly Technician plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This position requires assembling, aligning, and testing complex machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. The technician will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC machinery and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with welding, rigging, and hydraulic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge related to machinery operation.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and align machinery and mechanical equipment according to blueprints, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using precision measuring instruments and troubleshoot issues to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
