What You'll Do
As a Contact Center Representative I, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and financial coach, helping members navigate life's financial milestones with confidence.
In this role, you will:
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing members by understanding their unique financial goals.
- Deliver exceptional service through members' preferred communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Identify opportunities to provide solutions that support members' financial well-being.
- Serve as a financial coach, helping members set goals and celebrating their successes along the way.
- Leverage your lending expertise to uncover financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Educate members on mortgage solutions and connect them with specialized resources when needed.
- Resolve complex member inquiries through strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Support team development and training initiatives as needed.
- Actively contribute to Harborstone's mission, strategic goals, and member-first culture.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bilingual strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Successful completion of Harborstone's required internal training programs and Financial Navigator certifications.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding member experiences.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate financial products, services, and operational processes.
Physical Considerations
- Must be able to effectively read, write, and listen as well as communicate verbally, electronically and in written form with employees, members, board members, vendors, and the general public as required.
- May be asked to handle, move, and/or carry large boxes of supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
- May require stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for limited periods of time.
- May require sitting and standing for long periods of time.
