Job Description
Key Cars Auto Group is looking for a driven, energetic Sales BDC Representative to join our Middletown Chevrolet team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, setting appointments, and being a key part of the sales process. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a major contributor to dealership growth.
Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, texts, and internet leads
Respond quickly and professionally to online inquiries
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
Build rapport and generate interest in vehicles and dealership offerings
Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM
Work closely with the sales team and management to hit appointment and sales goals
Qualifications:
Strong phone skills and a confident, positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Sales, BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred (not required)
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and texting/email platforms
Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
