Campaign Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Manager based in the United States.

This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth, customer acquisition, and expansion opportunities.
You will work at the intersection of marketing strategy, sales alignment, analytics, and product positioning to deliver impactful full-funnel programs.
The position requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can transform insights into campaigns that engage audiences and generate measurable results.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, marketing operations, creative, content, and field marketing.
This is an opportunity to shape global campaign strategies within a technology-focused environment while optimizing performance through data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate brings strong demand generation expertise, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating scalable marketing programs.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated global marketing campaigns designed to support new customer acquisition and account growth.
  • Develop and manage full-funnel campaign programs that engage prospects, users, and customers across multiple audiences and segments.
  • Coordinate campaign activities with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align execution with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs covering audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, creative direction, content requirements, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Develop campaign outreach strategies by identifying the right channels, communication approaches, and audience journeys to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product marketing, analytics, marketing operations, brand, creative, communications, field marketing, sales, agencies, and partners.
  • Build effective content experiences and campaign strategies that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance through reporting, conversion data, traffic insights, and other metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Establish standardized campaign planning, execution, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability across marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing channels, technologies, platforms, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in demand generation, integrated campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Experience working in B2B and/or technology-focused organizations with responsibility for driving measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and collaborate effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong experience developing strategic campaign briefs, defining target audiences, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting creative testing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, digital content marketing, social media, SEO, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes, sales alignment, and marketing accountability reporting.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS technology campaigns, developer-focused audiences, or technical buyer personas is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, and paid media channels is preferred.
  • Experience planning and executing regional events and field marketing initiatives is an advantage.
