This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, candidate engagement, and improving recruiting operations while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of clinical, healthcare, operational, and corporate roles, from sourcing through offer management.

  • Strengthen employer branding efforts by representing the organization’s mission, values, and culture throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting processes, tools, and strategies within a growing talent function.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in healthcare or high-growth environments, capable of managing complex searches while building trusted relationships with hiring teams. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup, healthtech, healthcare, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nurses, care managers, behavioral health professionals, community health workers, or other healthcare positions.
  • Experience supporting non-clinical hiring across functions such as operations, sales, partnerships, finance, marketing, or corporate teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source, evaluate, and close candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with ownership and autonomy.
  • Passion for supporting organizations focused on improving access, services, and outcomes for underserved communities.
  • Experience with healthcare ecosystems such as Medicaid, Medicare, value-based care, health plans, provider groups, or digital health is a plus.
  • Experience supporting distributed or multi-state hiring is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 annually.
  • Equity compensation package.
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from home.
  • Flexible vacation policy to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Company-sponsored short-term and long-term disability and life insurance.
  • Subsidized backup childcare and caregiver support programs.

  • Company-provided equipment needed to perform the role.
  • Opportunities for rapid career progression and professional growth within a scaling organization.
