Senior Manager - Business Value Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager - Business Value Services based in Canada.

Join a strategic team dedicated to helping enterprise organizations unlock measurable business value through digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. In this senior individual contributor role, you will partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex technology initiatives into compelling business outcomes and investment strategies. You'll collaborate across sales, pre-sales, professional services, and operations to shape high-impact opportunities, influence executive decision-making, and drive long-term customer success. This position combines strategic consulting, financial analysis, and executive engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and leading value-based conversations at the highest levels.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead value discovery workshops to identify customer challenges, strategic priorities, and opportunities for business transformation.
  • Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and investment justifications that demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Partner with sales leadership and account teams to shape strategic account plans and support complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Engage C-level executives and senior business leaders with insight-driven recommendations focused on long-term business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can improve operational performance and accelerate business transformation.
  • Design value-led commercial strategies that align customer objectives with sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, pre-sales, operations, and professional services to drive successful customer engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader by sharing best practices, market insights, and value-selling methodologies across the organization.
  • Support revenue growth by identifying new value opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and long-term value realization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar are considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business value consulting, value engineering, business value services, or a similar customer-facing strategic advisory role within the technology sector.
  • Strong experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive-level investment justifications.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
  • Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, business transformation, and emerging enterprise technologies.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to work across multiple industries and business environments.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and navigate complex customer relationships.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; French language skills are considered an asset.
