The Assistant Vice President, Hospital Based Services provides leadership and operational oversight of Rehabilitation Services, Respiratory, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Audiology, Pallliative Care & Hospice, and other clinical services as assigned at Community Medical Center,
The AVP, Hospital Based Services will oversee day-to-day administration, patient flow, and resource allocation to maximize clinical efficiency and maintain high-quality patient care of the departments assigned,
This position performs the job functions in accordance with the mission, vision, values and policies of Community Medical Center and the RWJ Barnabas Healthcare System,
This individual will need to develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals and enhance long-term growth while overseeing department budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and managing resources effectively,
They will utilize data-driven processes to increase operational efficiency and safety,
