About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, energetic problem-solver to serve as the nerve center of our daily operations. As a Real-Time Operations Coordinator, you’ll keep the wheels turning—literally. You’ll monitor live operations, communicate with drivers and customers, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and make the quick decisions that keep everything running on schedule. If you thrive under pressure, love juggling multiple priorities, and get a rush from keeping things moving, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations in real time, ensuring on-time performance and service quality
- Communicate proactively with field teams, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues before they escalate
- Prioritize and reassign resources dynamically as conditions change throughout the day
- Track key performance metrics and flag trends or concerns to leadership
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity, incidents, and operational decisions
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and streamline workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time operational questions and escalations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, scheduling, or a fast-paced support role
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under time pressure
- Proficiency with standard office software; experience with operations or scheduling platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
