Personal Care Assistant
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on client need.
Schedule: Mon/Wed/ & Fri 9am-3pm

Job Description
Golden Years ADHC is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Specialist to deliver hands-on care and engagement for adult day healthcare participants in communities across Kentucky.
Team members foster a welcoming, safe environment where every individual is valued and supported.
This role includes responsibilities for personal care, activity facilitation, and holistic support.
Client Overview
Client requires total-assistance, and is high care needs. Client uses a Hoyer lift, for transfers.
Duties
Assist client with all personal care and daily needs.
Use a Hoyer lift as needed for transfers.
Provide bathing assistance when needed.
Client requires assistance with feeding.
Help maintain comfort and safety throughout the day.

Requirements
CNA preferred, and higher pay may be offered for the right candidate.
Experience with dementia and total-assistance care is strongly preferred.
Must be patient, calm, and comfortable working in a high-need home.
Must be able to support a bed-ridden client and assist a spouse caregiver.
