The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and overall sales performance through strong analytics and system optimization. Working closely with field leadership and cross-functional teams, this position helps align regional and enterprise priorities into a unified operating model. - Own and improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes to support accurate decision-making and performance tracking across sales teams
- Design, standardize, and optimize scalable sales operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise priorities
- Lead sales analytics and reporting, transforming data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions and drive accountability
- Manage CRM and sales systems integrity, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and effective usage across all teams
- Drive adoption and optimization of sales technologies through training, enablement, and change management initiatives
- Partner with regional and field leadership to align execution strategies and improve sales effectiveness across all business units
- Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall sales performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/business support role in a complex sales organization
- Strong expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales technologies, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience driving process improvement, operational standardization, and cross-functional collaboration
