Sales Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of sales execution and operational excellence, ensuring that strategy is translated into scalable, data-driven processes across the organization. The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and overall sales performance through strong analytics and system optimization. Working closely with field leadership and cross-functional teams, this position helps align regional and enterprise priorities into a unified operating model. It is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can balance high-level planning with detailed execution. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement. Success in this role directly impacts revenue performance, customer experience, and organizational efficiency.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes to support accurate decision-making and performance tracking across sales teams
  • Design, standardize, and optimize scalable sales operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Lead sales analytics and reporting, transforming data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions and drive accountability
  • Manage CRM and sales systems integrity, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and effective usage across all teams
  • Drive adoption and optimization of sales technologies through training, enablement, and change management initiatives
  • Partner with regional and field leadership to align execution strategies and improve sales effectiveness across all business units
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall sales performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/business support role in a complex sales organization
  • Strong expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales technologies, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience driving process improvement, operational standardization, and cross-functional collaboration
