This senior technical leadership role focuses on designing and scaling enterprise systems that power internal operations and employee-facing workflows within a complex, technology-driven organization. The position plays a critical role in shaping and evolving a proprietary enterprise platform, enabling seamless integration across business functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Security, and Business Systems. It involves architecting scalable solutions, improving internal tooling, and driving automation of key operational processes like onboarding, access management, and workflow orchestration. The role requires a strong systems-thinking mindset to unify disparate data sources and ensure secure, reliable, and compliant enterprise integrations. Working across multiple stakeholders, it blends hands-on engineering with strategic platform ownership. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence foundational systems that support organizational efficiency and scalability at enterprise scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade capabilities and internal workflows within a platform ecosystem to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Architect scalable integrations between corporate systems and production environments, ensuring clear data ownership and secure data exchange.
  • Extend platform capabilities to support new enterprise use cases while reducing reliance on external services where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain APIs, services, and integration layers that enable access to internal and third-party data sources.
  • Improve internal compliance systems, including logging, auditing, access control, and permissions management across enterprise tools.
  • Automate critical workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal request management to reduce manual operational overhead.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, Security, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to roll out new platforms, automation systems, and enterprise technologies that support organizational scaling.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on enterprise systems or platform engineering.
  • Proven experience designing scalable, multi-tenant platforms or systems serving multiple internal teams.
  • Strong background in API design, development, and integration across complex software ecosystems.
  • Experience working with Platform-as-a-Service architectures and cloud-based enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and access control concepts in enterprise environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive automation and improve operational workflows at scale.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $131,000 to $201,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans with low or no employee premiums.
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave programs.
  • $100 monthly stipend for mobile or internet expenses.
  • Stock options and bonus eligibility for eligible roles.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program.
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on collaboration and impact.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise systems in a high-growth environment.
