Job Overview

Pool Service Unlimited is seeking a dependable, trainable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join the team who is comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work. This is a full-time position reporting to the Naples area with the expectation to perform routes in your local area Monday-Friday. Our main objective is to provide consistent, top-notch pool services to our customers. This is an hourly position with no selling required; just cleaning and maintaining the pools!

Responsibilities

• Driving the company vehicle to the customer's location, loading and unloading tools as needed.

• Test and adjust swimming pool water chemistry, including salt levels, to ensure proper chemical balance.

• Performs cleaning of swimming pools and clearing debris in a safe and sanitary condition, including clearing Skimmer baskets.

• Brush and vacuum swimming pool according to customers service plan.

• Perform preventative visual inspection on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment to maintain operative condition.

• Performs heavy manual labor, including operating bottom-feeders and vacuums.

• Maintains maintenance records and schedules in Skimmer.

• Maintains log of work completed.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Pool Maintenance experience required

• Excellent customer service skills

• Valid US Driver’s License

• Clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Ability to swim proficiently

• Attention to detail

• Solution oriented

• Reliable to work independently and meet deadlines
