This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager based in Australia.
You will join a high-impact digital transformation environment focused on helping industrial organizations modernize operations, improve asset performance, and unlock measurable business value through connected worker technologies. In this role, you will act as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, guiding complex enterprise programs across maintenance, operations, and supply chain functions. You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, align solutions with business outcomes, and ensure value realization throughout the program lifecycle. Beyond execution, you will lead executive workshops, shape implementation strategies, and translate operational challenges into scalable solutions. Your work will directly influence customer success, adoption, and ROI across large-scale enterprise systems. This is a highly visible role that blends consulting, program leadership, and solution design in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Lead and oversee multiple concurrent enterprise programs, ensuring successful delivery, alignment to scope, and achievement of defined business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, facilitating executive workshops, steering committees, and transformation reviews.
- Define and drive end-to-end program strategy, including solution design alignment, roadmap development, and value realization tracking.
- Manage program health, reporting, financial performance (P&L oversight), and overall delivery governance across complex engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and Delivery teams to support pre-sales activities, scoping, and proposal development.
- Lead customer value realization initiatives, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity, asset performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, SLA/KPI compliance, and effective risk and issue management.
- Mentor project managers and consultants, strengthening capability in consulting, execution, and executive communication.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise software delivery, or consulting within industrial or asset-intensive industries.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs (AUD $1M+), ideally across EAM, operations, or supply chain environments.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Maintenance & Reliability, or related industrial systems (e.g., SAP, IBM Maximo).
- Experience conducting executive-level workshops, steering committees, and C-suite stakeholder engagements.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into structured solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed delivery teams and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and program P&L accountability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
- PMP certification required; additional certifications such as CMRP or MBA are considered a plus.
