This role is focused on leading and coordinating end-to-end marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Local SEO execution and performance. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with strategy, and executed across cross-functional teams. The position requires close collaboration with SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes. You will play a key role in managing local search visibility efforts, including business listings, reputation management, and ranking optimization. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong organization and communication skills. - Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing and Local SEO projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and developers to execute campaign tasks efficiently.
- Oversee Local SEO initiatives such as Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, and local ranking improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure deliverables meet quality and strategic standards.
- Manage project workflows, documentation, calendars, and reporting processes across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Act as the main communication link between internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders or clients.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline marketing operations.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables align with SEO strategy and business objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, account management, or digital marketing coordination.
- Strong understanding of Local SEO concepts, including ranking factors, listings, and reputation management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or BrightLocal is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or client-facing role is preferred.
- Understanding of citation building, review management, and local search optimization strategies.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of improving workflows and team efficiency.
