This role is focused on shaping how a leading agricultural innovator engages, enables, and grows its dealer ecosystem across the country. You will design and lead programs that strengthen dealer relationships, drive adoption of new solutions, and unlock measurable commercial impact in the field. Acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, you will translate on-the-ground dealer insights into scalable engagement strategies. The role blends field presence, program design, and performance measurement to ensure dealers have the tools, incentives, and experiences needed to grow. You will also own high-visibility initiatives such as events, co-marketing programs, and training experiences that shape how the brand is experienced in the market. This is a highly cross-functional and influential position where your work directly impacts revenue growth and partner success.
- Own the strategy and framework for dealer engagement, including segmentation, health tracking, growth prioritization, and investment planning to improve channel performance.
- Design and continuously improve dealer programs such as onboarding, training, rewards, co-marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to drive adoption and loyalty.
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for dealer events and experiences, including national kickoffs, regional meetings, advisory councils, and field engagement programs.
- Develop dealer-facing tools, campaigns, and enablement assets that improve field execution, local marketing effectiveness, and grower engagement.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to design scalable activation and intervention programs that accelerate dealer growth and retention.
- Own measurement and reporting for channel performance, including ROI analysis, program effectiveness, attribution, and continuous optimization decisions.
- Manage external vendors and agency partners supporting events, creative development, advertising, and promotional execution.
- Build alignment across cross-functional teams by driving clear communication, structured updates, and data-informed decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or dealer engagement roles within B2B environments.
- Experience working in agriculture or a closely related industry with strong understanding of dealer networks and rural market dynamics.
- Proven track record of building or redesigning partner engagement programs, including incentives, training, co-marketing, or enablement systems.
- Experience owning and managing marketing or program budgets with a strong focus on ROI tracking and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with field sales teams and participate in dealer-facing interactions and events.
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into clear recommendations and execution plans.
- Experience managing external vendors or agencies supporting events, creative, or promotional activities (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, dashboards, or AI-driven analytics platforms (preferred).
- Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $125,000 USD
- Annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% based on performance
- Equity package offering long-term participation in company growth
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter benefits)
- 401(k) with employer matching
- Flexible time-off policy supporting work-life balance
- Paid parental leave
- Mental health and wellbeing support, including focus days and wellbeing initiatives
- Remote-first work environment with occasional travel for field events and partner engagement
- Opportunity to work on high-impact solutions improving agricultural sustainability and farmer outcomes.
