Job Title: Physician Liaison
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Minneapolis and St. Paul (this position requires travel within a 50-mile radius)
Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 annually (based on years of experience and performance bonuses)
We are seeking a dynamic Physician Liaison to join our growth and marketing team. In this vital role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with referring healthcare providers, share our services and expertise, and contribute to our mission of improving patients’ sleep health.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers’ offices in your territory
- Meet with providers to share information about our sleep testing and oral device services
- Follow up on meetings to ensure continued engagement and understanding
- Visit potential referral partners to promote Sleep Better Austin and secure new referrals
- Master our procedures and processes to confidently communicate with referring providers
- Update CRM records accurately and timely
- Support administrative tasks for the Liaison Team as assigned
- Provide updates to referring providers about their patients’ care and treatment plans
- Send and manage necessary communication to ensure a seamless continuum of care
- Attend required team meetings: Weekly Outreach Meetings and Quarterly Team-Building Meetings
- Help organize and participate in community outreach activities as assigned
- Occasionally reach out to individuals who respond to our advertising
- Collaborate closely with our referral and admin teams to keep referring providers updated on patient progress
- Submit detailed activity reports to the Marketing Director
- Take on additional duties as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new platforms
- Willingness to learn about sleep medicine treatments and processes
- Alignment with our company values and a strong desire to support patient needs
- Ability to work independently and manage a large number of accounts
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals
- Reliable vehicle for travel within a 50-mile radius of El Paso (mileage tracking required)
- Ability to adapt to new technology and patient needs
