About DSC

DSC Dredge is a world leader in portable cutter suction dredges — engineering and manufacturing equipment for aggregate mining and sand & gravel production, environmental remediation, coastal restoration, navigational maintenance, and marine construction across the U.S. and in more than 50 countries worldwide. We operate from our headquarters in Reserve, Louisiana and our manufacturing facility in Poplarville, Mississippi.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to keep our front office operations humming while supporting the HR Department and all DSC team members.

What You Will Do
  • Welcome visitors and callers while creating a positive first impression of our organization
  • Manage front office operations and administrative support functions for our Reserve facility.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Support HR programs and projects, employee communications, and personnel records
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and company initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and potential hires
What You Bring
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service based disposition
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business technology tools
  • Previous administrative, customer service, and HR experience is required
