Peoples Bank in Sioux Center, Iowa , is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist.
Essential Duties
  • Process mortgage loans & prepare closing documents
  • Fund loans & complete post-closing processes
  • Assist mortgage loan officers with a variety of banking transactions
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in a business-related field preferred and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player, organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, & personable
