This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Vice President, Channels & Alliances based in India.
This is a senior regional leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and transforming a high-impact partner ecosystem across a diverse and fast-growing JAPAC market. You will own the end-to-end channel strategy, driving partner-led growth through Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, and cloud hyperscalers. The role blends executive relationship management, strategic planning, and hands-on revenue execution across complex enterprise environments. You will lead and develop a regional team of partner managers while shaping co-sell motions and ecosystem strategy in alignment with direct sales teams. A key part of the role involves enabling partners to effectively deliver advanced data and AI-driven solutions, particularly around graph-based intelligence and emerging GenAI use cases. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strong cross-functional influence, deep partner expertise, and the ability to operate across multiple geographies. It offers the opportunity to shape a category-defining ecosystem at the intersection of data, analytics, and AI.
- Design and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel partner strategy across the JAPAC region to drive ecosystem-led growth.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of regional partner managers, setting clear KPIs and fostering a strong execution culture.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators, as well as cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Drive partner-influenced pipeline generation and co-sell revenue in close alignment with direct sales leadership.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners across enterprise accounts.
- Evangelize platform capabilities within partner organizations, including enablement, certifications, and technical readiness programs.
- Collaborate with internal and partner engineering teams to build repeatable industry solutions and AI-driven use cases.
- Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem performance, ensuring strong governance through QBRs and performance reviews.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data, or AI industries, with a strong focus on strategic alliances or channel leadership.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling regional partner or sales teams across multiple JAPAC geographies.
- Proven track record of building executive-level relationships with GSIs, regional partners, and hyperscalers.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, data platforms, analytics, and emerging enterprise AI/LLM technologies.
- Demonstrated success in driving co-sell revenue and partner-influenced pipeline growth in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent executive presence with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed, cross-functional global organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is strongly preferred.
