ZF Transmissions Material Handler in Gray Court, South Carolina at Human Technologies, Inc

HTI is hiring Material Handlers (Forklift Operators) for ZF Transmissions in Gray Court, SC. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing roles with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator, you will:

• Deliver raw and purchased materials to production and assembly areas
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed, including:
  • Sit-down forklift
  • Stand-up forklift
  • Reach truck
  • Tugger
  • Pallet jack (equipment varies by area/site)
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Repack production materials as needed
• Load/unload trolleys manually or with powered assist devices
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Complete other duties as assigned

1st Shift — $19.00/hr

• 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

2nd Shift — $20.00/hr

• 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM

3rd Shift — $20.00/hr

• 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

• Previous forklift experience required
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
