We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team!
Schedule & Perks
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Clinics close at 2 PM every Friday
- Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) PTO annually

Key Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vitals, and update medical histories
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection
- Administer injections and medications as ordered
- Triage patient calls (urgent vs. non-urgent needs)
- Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-ups
- Communicate with pharmacies for prescriptions and refills
- Document accurately in the EHR/EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Educate patients on care plans and next steps
- Travel between Konza clinic locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare education, training, or military medical experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct Medical Assistant experience required for applicants without formal Medical Assistant education.
- Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience administering medications, treatments, and immunizations.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a primary care setting.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
