What you'll do:

1. Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
3. Assign tasks to service technicians and monitor their progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
4. Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and ensuring that all financial targets are met.
5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
6. Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
7. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
8. Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from project completion to ongoing service and maintenance.
10. Provide training and support to service technicians as needed.

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service processes, and industry standards.
8. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
