This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Salesforce / Sales Cloud - Especialista based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a senior Salesforce professional to serve as a technical reference in complex corporate environments.
You will design and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
The role combines hands-on development with architecture, technical governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work across Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data, security, and DevOps.
You will also mentor technical teams, guide architectural decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
The position offers significant ownership, from solution design and delivery through production operations and continuous improvement.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems while connecting technology, business needs, and customer value.

Accountabilities
  • Design and evolve scalable, resilient, secure Salesforce architectures, making technical decisions around technology stacks, patterns, trade-offs, and platform capabilities.
  • Act as the technical reference for Salesforce Sales Cloud, supporting data modeling, solution design, commercial processes, and the evolution of accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, quotes, orders, forecasting, and related workflows.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, balancing declarative configuration with custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and other platform capabilities.
  • Design and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, Composite, Metadata, Streaming, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub, and middleware solutions.
  • Establish standards for integration reliability, including error handling, monitoring, traceability, retries, idempotency, security, and failure management.
  • Define and maintain Salesforce data architecture, governance, access controls, sharing models, security policies, and privacy practices, including considerations related to LGPD.
  • Structure and optimize deployment processes using Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, promoting effective version control, automated validation, testing, and release management.
  • Establish quality practices covering unit, integration, regression, and performance testing, while conducting code reviews, solution reviews, refactoring, and technical design documentation.
  • Monitor platform health and investigate incidents involving integrations, jobs, APIs, automations, and performance, conducting root-cause analysis and driving preventive improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, Operations, and external partners to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
  • Mentor developers, administrators, functional analysts, and partners, facilitating technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
  • Support technical roadmaps, technical-debt prioritization, architecture governance, documentation, and decision-making while balancing cost, risk, delivery timelines, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, supporting production operations and ensuring that technical decisions remain aligned with business objectives and long-term platform sustainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Solid professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical leadership, with proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud processes, Salesforce data modeling, standard and custom objects, relationships, sales processes, lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Schedulable Apex, asynchronous processing, testing, bulkification, and Governor Limits.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, query optimization, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, and other declarative tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations through REST and SOAP APIs, with knowledge of Bulk API, Composite API, Metadata API, Streaming API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and/or Pub/Sub API.
  • Experience with enterprise integration and middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults, data governance, and access management.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, sandbox environments, packages, release management, and rollback practices.
  • Experience with automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, observability, troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce monitoring and operational tools, including debug logs, Apex Jobs, AsyncApexJob, Event Monitoring, or equivalent observability solutions.
  • Strong architectural mindset and ability to evaluate trade-offs involving performance, cost, security, scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
  • Proven technical leadership skills, including mentoring, influencing technical decisions, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, with technical English proficiency for documentation and interaction with international teams or vendors.
  • Autonomy, ownership, critical thinking, collaboration, business awareness, and a strong commitment to quality and sustainable solutions.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Nice to have: Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or retail, as well as exposure to Android development, Kotlin, Firebase, or mobile architecture.
