  • Executive Reporting and Presentations: Prepare clear, executive-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations that translate complex findings into actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Market Research and Solution Evaluation: Conduct market research, evaluate vendors, and assess emerging technologies and innovative solutions that can enhance revenue cycle processes and organizational performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, IT, operational teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, technology-enabled solutions, and operational enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships across the organization, serving as a trusted consultative partner who supports strategic initiatives and aligns stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Business Problem-Solving: Translate complex business challenges into practical, evidence-based recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, financial outcomes, and service delivery.
  • Change Management and Implementation Support: Contribute to change management planning, communication, and implementation activities to encourage stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of new processes.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Team Support: Share best practices, contribute to organizational learning, and provide guidance and support to colleagues to strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education and Professional Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, combined with at least five years of relevant experience; or a master's degree in a related discipline with at least three years of relevant experience. Additional relevant professional experience may be considered in place of the minimum educational requirement.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, or operational improvement programs, including project planning, implementation, and performance evaluation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and root causes, evaluate risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Data Analytics and Visualization: Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms to support performance monitoring, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for financial analysis, reporting, documentation, and executive presentations.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with diverse teams across finance, technology, operations, and other business functions. Experience in healthcare or similarly complex organizational environments is preferred.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Sound judgment and the ability to connect operational findings with broader business priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and support measurable organizational outcomes.
  • Change Management: Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and change management practices that support the successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
