SUMMARY: As our Senior Paid Search & Performance Marketing Strategist, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms, helping drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hands-on, in-platform role responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute paid search and Performance Max (PMax) strategies aligned with business growth goals.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative assets, and landing page experiences to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, lead quality, and customer acquisition.
  • Design and execute testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with analytics, CRM, content, and SEO teams to leverage customer insights and attribution data.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape.
  • Own meaningful media budgets responsible for qualified leads, bookings, and revenue.
  • Manage conversion tracking and offline conversion integration.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of paid search or performance marketing experience, either in-house or agency-side.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns and feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, or GoDataFeed.
  • Experience with attribution modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, or advanced audience segmentation.
  • Additional Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
  • Travel, hospitality, or luxury brand experience.
