This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BI dashboards / performance reporting Evaluator based in India.

You will join a specialized evaluation team focused on assessing AI-generated business intelligence outputs such as dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation decks. The role requires strong analytical judgment to ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionable insight in performance reporting artifacts. You will evaluate structured outputs against defined quality rubrics used in advanced AI training workflows. The environment is remote, flexible, and highly autonomous, allowing you to contribute on your own schedule. This position is ideal for experienced BI professionals who enjoy reviewing, critiquing, and improving data storytelling and visualization standards. Your assessments will directly influence the quality of next-generation AI systems used in enterprise analytics.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated BI dashboards, performance reports, spreadsheets, and slide decks against structured evaluation rubrics.
• Identify issues related to data accuracy, visualization clarity, analytical rigor, and narrative consistency.
• Provide detailed, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve output quality.
• Ensure consistency in evaluation standards across multiple AI-generated artifacts.
• Contribute expert judgment to refine how BI outputs are interpreted and graded in training workflows.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, performance reporting, analytics, or dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in interpreting and evaluating dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools.
• Native or professional fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess both technical accuracy and presentation quality.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
