Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in United States.
This role is responsible for driving full-funnel, revenue-focused marketing campaigns that directly impact pipeline and growth outcomes across multiple B2B segments. You will own the strategy, design, and execution of integrated campaigns spanning paid, outbound, email, events, and partner channels. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, BDR, and channel teams, you will ensure tight alignment from targeting and messaging through to execution and performance tracking. This is a high-impact, data-driven role where success is measured by pipeline generation, conversion efficiency, and campaign scalability. You will operate as a central owner of campaign performance, not just a coordinator, with accountability across the entire customer journey. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on measurable growth outcomes.
- Develop and shape growth marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market priorities and revenue objectives across assigned segments
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, outbound (BDR), events, and partner ecosystems
- Define segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy to optimize engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, BDR, and channel teams to ensure campaign readiness and execution clarity
- Own campaign delivery including briefs, timelines, asset coordination, and execution oversight across internal and external teams
- Monitor full-funnel performance metrics from engagement through pipeline and revenue, driving continuous optimization
- Conduct performance reviews and use data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness
- Leverage partner and OEM channels to expand reach and support co-marketing initiatives
- 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management roles
- Proven experience building and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, segmentation, conversion drivers, and pipeline-based marketing
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales, BDR, and cross-functional revenue teams
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ABM/intent tools, and outbound or data-driven marketing systems
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Performance-based incentives (where applicable)
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Flexible work arrangements in a fully remote environment
- Paid time off and company holidays
- Professional development and learning opportunities
- Exposure to high-impact, revenue-driving B2B growth initiatives
