Document key non-clinical observations from each visit

Involves working independently in the field while receiving remote guidance and support as needed
Includes entering a wide range of home environments with varying conditions, cleanliness levels, and layouts
Requires adjusting to schedule changes due to cancellations, reschedules, and member availability

Who Succeeds in This Role
You will do well if you:

Communicate clearly and build trust quickly with members
Are consistent, reliable, and demonstrate strong personal accountability
Stay organized and manage time effectively without supervision
Pay close attention to detail and follow processes accurately
