What is my role?

The Samples Assistant position that will require the individual to work on location in Cypress, CA. This position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. This position is designed to help the licensing team by providing crucial support in managing TOP samples.

What You'll Do

Taking photos of sample itemsPulling samples as necessaryProcessing samples in licensor portals and internal systemsPreparing samples for shipment, accurately and timelyOther administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)Customer service experience helpfulStrong attention to detail
