This role serves as an operational force multiplier within the Executive Office, driving governance, cross-functional delivery, and strategic rhythm across satellite communications, wireless, and enterprise programs. The position resolves operational bottlenecks, bridges technical silos, and mitigates cross-departmental delivery risks by establishing structured program tracking and accountability cadences. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology execution, and leadership oversight, the role aligns enterprise milestones with organizational objectives. Centralized program management, automated reporting workflows, and continuous risk assessment ensure transparent decision-making and operational velocity for executive leadership.
Responsibilities:

- Track cross-functional program dependencies, milestones, and risk registers across technical, operational, and commercial business units to eliminate delivery blockers and ensure on-time execution
- Synthesize complex quantitative data, financial metrics, and operational updates into board-ready briefing decks, executive summaries, and monthly business reviews (MBRs)
- Manage operational workstreams, stakeholder alignment, and security protocols for high-visibility governance sessions, cleared customer site visits, and strategic defense engagements
- Implement AI tools and workflow automation platforms to optimize project tracking, streamline information synthesis, and accelerate executive reporting cycles
Drive post-meeting accountability across executive staff by logging action items, monitoring cross-departmental commitments, and tracking deliverable closures
- Critical experience directing high-stakes operational programs, cross-functional initiatives, or executive office operations within fast-paced or matrixed environments
- Applied AI Literacy to automate data analysis, synthesize multi-stakeholder updates, and streamline cross-departmental documentation workflows
- Advanced capability in data interpretation, financial acumen, and curating executive-level presentations, roadmaps, and business cases for senior leadership and governing bodies
- Strong skills in program management methodologies, executive governance frameworks, and driving complex cross-functional deliverables to on-time completion
- Decision making and sound judgment when mitigating operational risks, navigating stakeholder trade-offs, and managing sensitive corporate or classified information with absolute discretion
- Collaboration and influence without formal authority to bridge disparate organizational silos, align senior stakeholders, and maintain organizational accountability
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience operating within defense, aerospace, telecommunications, satellite communications, or government contracting sectors, including familiarity with security access systems such as DISS
- Exposure to corporate development, restructuring, or enterprise-scale transaction environments requiring strict information discipline
- Experience managing operational workflows for board-level initiatives or institutional investor interactions
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, or project governance in an enterprise environment
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- Project management platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Jira, advanced Microsoft Office Suite including complex Excel modeling and PowerPoint)
- Cross-functional program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment workflows
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or demonstrated eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
