Position Overview:
The Order Entry Specialist is a critical member of our Order and Research department. This role focuses on entering, preparing, and sending legal requests to custodians of records in order to obtain the necessary documentation for our clients.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Confirm legal requests for records are completed accurately per client instructions

  • Heavy data entry and documentation preparation

  • Research locations and facilities for records retrieval

  • Prepare legal packets using client preferences and system requirements

  • Internally track requests and follow up as necessary

  • Email clients for confirmations, questions, and status updates

  • Handle problem requests, research, and follow-ups

  • Quality check all documents, entries, and legal paperwork

  • Resend requests and provide additional documentation as needed

  • Faxing, mailing, and arranging hand-served legal requests

  • Save and scan all documents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
