Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Tire Mount & Balance Technician to join our Pennsylvania team. This position is approximately 6 hours per day and requires someone who is available to start early in the morning. As business continues to grow, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for mounting, balancing, inspecting, and servicing tires while maintaining a safe work environment and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

• Mount and balance passenger vehicle tires accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Perform tire repairs when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Properly operate tire mounting, balancing, and shop equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and service needs.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

Required Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous tire mounting and balancing experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Part-Time: Approximately 6 hours per day
• Early morning start required
