WIP Cooler Attendant - 3rd Shift in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania at Bell and Evans

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused team members to join our team as a WIP Cooler Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a high reach to rotate and organize product within the cooler, ensuring proper product rotation and accessibility to support production and customer order fulfillment. This position plays an important role in maintaining product organization, food safety, and operational efficiency.

As a WIP Cooler Attendant, your responsibilities may include:

• Operating a high reach to rotate product within the cooler
• Ensuring the oldest product is accessible and available for picking following product rotation procedures
• Placing products in designated storage areas and ensuring items are clearly labeled with product item numbers and code dates
• Maintaining organization and proper inventory flow within the cooler
• Performing labor-related duties, including:
  • Sending clean bins and trays to Plant 1 in a timely manner
  • Handling and disposing of condemned product according to procedures
• Ensuring all products are properly covered and labeled
• Following all safety, quality, and food handling procedures
• Supporting additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience operating a high reach or material handling equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
