Marketing Specialist - Senior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Specialist - Senior based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to support impactful marketing initiatives across a dynamic, multi-channel environment.
You will help drive campaigns, product launches, creative projects, and ecommerce initiatives from planning through execution.
The position combines project management, marketing operations, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.
You will collaborate with teams across brand, creative, product, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality marketing programs.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the planning, coordination, execution, and optimization of marketing programs while ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, retail activations, product launches, creative programs, and ecommerce efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from kickoff through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and launch requirements.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and action items while proactively identifying opportunities to improve execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Product Management, Ecommerce, and Operations teams to align priorities and support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate creative asset development, production schedules, approvals, and handoffs between internal teams and external partners.
  • Support vendor and agency relationships by managing communications, production requirements, and campaign-related deliverables.
  • Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure marketing assets meet brand standards, accuracy requirements, and approval guidelines.
  • Track project performance, gather insights, and contribute recommendations to improve marketing workflows and campaign effectiveness.
  • Promote process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across marketing operations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with strong project management capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, creative operations, brand management, product marketing, or business operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving creative, brand, product, ecommerce, sales, and operational teams.
  • Understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution processes, creative development, product lifecycle management, or digital commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with marketing disciplines such as retail/trade marketing, brand campaigns, creative production, product marketing, or ecommerce.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with creative production processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify risks, recommend solutions, and maintain project momentum in a changing environment.
  • Ability to occasionally travel as required.
