Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Image and ship laptops/desktops to teammates.
  • Manage all IT inventory at the Marathon Health Indianapolis location, including:
    • Maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
    • Auditing inventory for accuracy.
    • Shipping and receiving inventory.
    • Following up with users to ensure timely equipment return.
  • Provide general in-person and remote desktop support, including user setups and troubleshooting.
  • Provide audio-visual support for meeting rooms.
  • Manage tickets to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • Follow and maintain technical documentation related to the role.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to in-office executives and remote employees.
  • Adhere to security, HIPAA, and other IT policies.
Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues with or without documentation, escalating appropriately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to learn new things independently in support of the role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and audit in-office IT inventory and identify ordering needs.
  • Ability to identify documentation needs and take ownership of creating documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on service desk and customer needs.
Computer Skills
  • Experience imaging computers.
  • Microsoft Windows and macOS support experience.
  • General IT desktop support skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Telephony support experience (preferred).
  • Mobile device management (MDM) support experience (preferred).
  • Basic networking experience (preferred).
Licenses and Certifications
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ (preferred).
  • Microsoft desktop-related certifications (preferred).
