Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) — Urgent Care

Use standardized, medical staff approved protocols to provide telephone triage, advice and health education for callers to the practice. Maintains current and approved standard protocols to provide timely access to care and patient safety. Ensures a therapeutic and safe environment for patients and families, utilizing these approved protocols. This position provides age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing triage for neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is $41.06–$57.96. This range reflects the base pay for this position.

• Current unrestricted RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS must be enrolled in NH+C RQI program and complete the requirements within 90 days of enrollment. Must remain current (complete quarterly assignments prior to the end of each calendar quarter).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently to ensure safe and effective communication in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to learn and use electronic health records and other computer programs.

• Previous triage experience.
• One-year ambulatory experience.

• Casual/Call position
• Hours vary based on clinic needs and casual scheduling requirements
• Urgent Care Hours
  • Lakeville Urgent Care: Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; Monday–Friday: 12:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
  • Northfield Urgent Care: Sunday: 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; Saturday: 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Farmington Urgent Care: Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
