ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Garrisonville location in Stafford, VA.

You'll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Working alongside our Clinic Director and clinical team, you'll provide individualized care in an outpatient setting where building patient relationships, exercising clinical judgment, and delivering quality outcomes are at the heart of what we do.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus applicable incentives.
• Schedule: Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs.
• Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy – Garrisonville.. This is an onsite clinical position.
• Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You'll collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide individualized care, with access to mentorship and clinical support.

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's goals, progress, and functional needs.
• Educate patients on their recovery, helping them build confidence and take an active role in their care.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to deliver a consistent, positive patient experience.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team collaboration, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills.
• A commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly Prompt EMR.
