Fleet/Facilities Operations Support || Nashville, TN || Hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee at INFO ORIGIN INC

• Maintain and update fleet, asset, and inventory records.
• Track vehicles, equipment, deliveries, surplus items, warranties, and invoices.
• Assist with asset inventory, tagging, and tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and warranty information.
• Support SOPs and other operational documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on outstanding tasks.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience; OR high school education with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fleet, facilities, maintenance, asset management, or operations.
• Experience with asset tracking, inventory, documentation, and record keeping.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, data collection, or operational data analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
