At Beck’s, we’re looking for a Director of Car Wash Operations to oversee our growing car wash division across multiple locations. This is a hands on leadership role focused on supporting teams, improving operations, driving results, and helping continue the growth of the business as we expand.

• Leading and supporting car wash managers and site teams
• Overseeing daily operations across multiple locations
• Driving operational performance, customer experience, and profitability
• Supporting hiring, coaching, and employee development
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Helping minimize downtime and improve wash performance
• Conducting site visits and supporting overall team success
• Helping support the continued growth and expansion of Beck’s car wash operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build accountability and motivate teams
• Organized, dependable, and solution focused
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Professional and team oriented mindset
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel between locations
• Leadership or operations experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined experience is a strong plus

• Regular travel between locations and the corporate office (Princeton, IL)
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Some lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend or extended hours may occasionally be needed
• Compensation is competitive and based on experience and leadership background
