What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Member Service Representative/Teller, you will:

  • Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist members with account inquiries, products, services, and digital banking solutions
  • Open new accounts and maintain member records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support members with online banking, debit cards, and account access needs
  • Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may benefit members
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support branch operations through administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on service, teamwork, and member satisfaction
What We're Looking ForExperience
  • Previous cash handling, customer service, retail banking, credit union, or financial institution experience preferred
  • Experience working in a service-focused environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and member service skills
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
