This role is at the intersection of customer success, strategic consulting, and digital brand protection, where you will act as the trusted advisor for global clients facing complex intellectual property and online infringement challenges. You will not only manage relationships but actively shape and execute strategies that protect some of the world’s most recognized brands from counterfeiting and misuse. The position requires translating complex enforcement data into clear business insights that demonstrate measurable impact and ROI. You will collaborate closely with legal experts, operations teams, and technical specialists in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Acting as the key point of contact for your accounts, you will guide clients through high-stakes decisions and long-term protection strategies. This is a highly visible role where your work directly contributes to safer digital ecosystems and stronger brand integrity worldwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end customer relationships, serving as the primary strategic advisor and ensuring long-term success across brand protection programs.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize tailored brand protection strategies that meet and exceed client objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic sessions, translating enforcement data into clear insights, ROI narratives, and actionable recommendations.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, coordinating with operations, delivery, legal, and technical functions to ensure seamless execution and KPI achievement.
  • Manage escalations and high-pressure client situations with professionalism, providing evidence-based solutions and maintaining strong stakeholder trust.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts in collaboration with account management teams to support renewals and expansion.
  • Contribute to industry knowledge by staying informed on IP enforcement trends, counterfeiting risks, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the organization in thought leadership initiatives and industry discussions where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Brand Protection roles, ideally within IP, legal tech, or related industries.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to confidently manage challenging conversations and high-pressure stakeholder environments.
  • Understanding of intellectual property, enforcement ecosystems, or willingness and ability to quickly learn domain-specific expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into clear, compelling business insights.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to remain composed, empathetic, and solution-oriented in sensitive client situations.
  • Strong technical agility with experience using SaaS platforms, data tools, or proprietary systems, and comfort collaborating with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present data-driven narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration.
